Delivery information

Delivery Times

Items displayed are usually made and in stock, these are despatched between 3 - 5 days. If an item has to be made, delivery may take a bit longer, around 7 - 10 days. We will contact you if there is likely to be a significant delay.

Delivery Charges

Postage is charged at £5 per parcel for standard UK postage, this covers items up to the value of £150

If you are purchasing items of higher value, it is recommended that you select the Special Delivery option at check out, which costs £10 and will insure your items for up to £750

All orders are sent via Royal Mail and may take up to 3 working days for delivery. All parcels sent can be tracked.

Local collection/delivery is available as an option. Please contact to arrange this.

If you require your order to be sent to an overseas address, please email before placing your order hello@tinamacleod.com and a shipping quote will be arranged.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to amend your order in any way, please email Tina within 24 hours to cancel or alter your order hello@tinamacleod.com

Returns Policy

Tina is happy to exchange, alter or refund a piece of jewellery within 7 days of receipt of the item. If you would like to return your item please email first and return your item within 14 days. You are advised to send your item via a tracked option and you will be responsible for all return postage costs. Items must be returned in original packaging and in perfect condition. Once a return is received and inspected, you will be emailed and offered a refund or exchange if applicable.
